Checking in via the check-in device (looked like an iPad built into the wall) took long because it required manual text input but the keyboard was slightly inaccessible due to the frame holding the iPad. During the check-in we also needed to pay again to get the room code. A refund was processed after writing an email to the hotel via expedia, but the whole process was time consuming and frustrating.

We booked for four nights but could not stay at the hotel because I lost my passport. We’ve asked for understanding and hope for refund or partial refund but was refused. I tried to explained that we have stayed 4 times in different B&B hotels in the past one year, and the reason of not staying is due to lost of passport. However, we are still being denied. I believe they should show some understanding and perhaps give me a partial refund. The B&B hotel at this location has no sympathy and not business like. I will not book this hotel if I return to Vienna next year

Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience

I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at this hotel. Staff members entered my room more than 5 times without any notice, even after I informed the reception. One time, I even woke up to find someone trying to open the door while I was sleeping — it was terrifying. Imagine someone suddenly walking into your room while you’re changing clothes or doing something private! I told the reception and they apologized, saying it wasn’t intentional, but it still happened three more times after that. I felt scared and unsafe each time. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I do not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for privacy or safety.

Buono ma con qualche critica

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i trasporti pubblici. Personale molto cortese, hotel moderno, recentemente ristrutturato, camera ampia, letti molto comodi e biancheria pulita. Uniche pecche: manca un frigobar (o anche solo un frigorifero) ed inoltre al check in ci è stato chiesto se volessimo le pulizie giornaliere, abbiamo risposto di sì ma in realtà non è stato così. Infatti sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani ma i pavimenti non sono mai stati puliti per tutto il soggiorno, nemmeno in bagno (ad esclusione della doccia) e non sono stati cambiati i bicchieri usati. Nel complesso comunque il giudizio è positivo.

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war lecker. Was will man mehr haben. Der Stadt in Wien ist riesig und gross.

Neues Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Wir haben für zwei Nächte das Hotel B & B Heiligenstadt gebucht und sind sehr positiv überrascht. Dieses Hotel ist brandneu und riecht auch sehr neu. Es ist erst einige Wochen offen. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Empfang, eine junge Dame mit langen schwarzen Haaren war sehr engagiert und motiviert. Und wir haben auch unser Wunschzimmer bekommen. die Empfangsdame hat sehr sich sehr gekümmert, dass wir zufrieden sind und hat uns auf eine kostenfreie Garage hingewiesen. Die Garage ist jetzt nur kostenfrei, weil momentan umgebaut wird. Später wird die logischerweise etwas kosten aber die Garage ist wirklich gut und man kann von der Garage direkt zum Zimmer mit dem Aufzug fahren. Das ist auch nicht verkehrt. Die Zimmer sind sehr praktisch eingerichtet und sehr modern. Wir haben bei der Buchung Antiallergische Bettwäsche bestellt und die haben wir auch bekommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
