Goede locatie, prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Kamers waren schoon en van alle benodigdheden voorzien. Enige minpuntje was dat de slaapkamer niet elke dag werd schoongemaakt. Wij verbleven er voor een week, maar op de zondag en de vrijdag (een dag voor ons vertrek) was er geen roomservice. Verder alles positief!

Assolutamente non quello che ci si aspettava dalle recensioni che hanno portato a scegliere questo hotel quando abbiamo programmato il nostro viaggio a Vienna. Primo giorno al check-in ci consegnano una camera sporca.. polvere ovunque! Secondo giorno hanno dato una passata che ha cambiato di poco la situazione. Terzo giorno, non ci hanno proprio fatto servizio in camera, restando senza asciugamani puliti, infatti quelli dei due giorni precedenti erano stati messi nell’ingressso per essere cambiati con le pulizie della camera. Esperienza terrificante! Mi chiedo chi nelle recensioni passate ha messo “pulitissimo” ecc.. che standard abbia di posti puliti
