「I arrived to check in after I booked a specific room, I was told that I had been upgraded and was not going to be staying in the style of room I booked. The room that I had booked was not available. It’s not an upgrade if I don’t want it. I asked to speak to the hotel manager, after speaking with the manager I was informed they only had a king version of the room I booked instead of the two double beds. I agreed to take that room and then was asked to step back while a discussion was carried out...

「I picked this hotel for the pool and breakfast. The pool was only open 1 day but was disgusting. It spelled like sewage and was murky. The 2nd day they drained the pool and was not filled before we left. My girls were so upset they didn’t get to swim. We were there for a big cheer competition so there were lots of people there but every time we went down for breakfast it was always empty.
