「It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.」

「Don't be fooled by the look of the hotel, its not the nicest building but once you are inside the staff are very friendly and quick with checking. The room was very clean with a great shower. It was also so quiet on the evenings, not sure if this was due to the sound proofing or the time of year. The breakfast was excellent in a nice room and once again very warm and helpfull staff. 」

「We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. 」

「Sitio tranquilo y ameno. Pasamos una semana en la habitación y la sentí como un hogar. Todo muy completo, había platos, ollas, cafetera, tetera, tostador, refrigerador grande. La cocina funcionaba a la perfección, así que pudimos cocinar o calentar comida sin dificultad. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. El espacio necesario.」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved.
