I enjoy staying in the east end of London because of its multicultural community. While the area outside isn’t the best, the rooms are immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are pristine.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place London City East. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the location was perfect—close to major attractions and restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in a superb location to explore the city. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Personal was super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like so much, was the sliding bathroom door which is not really closing.
