"Everyone was super nice, welcoming and helpful. Jenna went overboard to help me retrieve some items I forgot in my room and had the most pleasant attitude and disposition without even hesitating to stop what she was doing to help me out. Cleaning staff was extremely cordial, warm, friendly and inviting. Everyone greeted us with a since smile and hello. When I say EVERYTHING was clean in this hotel, it was CLEAN! The vibrant colors in the lobby just created such an atmosphere of joy and happiness. My husband and I slept so peacefully through the night. I told the man that was at the desk ( I didn’t get his name) when I checked out, I enjoyed being there so much that I wished I didn’t have to leave, I wish I could pay for another night and stay again. It was the BEST hotel experience my husband and I have had this entire year! Kudos to Spark by Hilton in Victoria, Texas! You guys are the BEST! "

"Nice & Spacious with pretty good interior design. Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion are available, & w/ my deluxe room I got a TV with streaming services. Breakfast was soo good & was THE highlight for me. Chorizo, refried beans, eggs, tortillas, & more. I didn’t go to the pool but it looked clean from my window, pretty big with modern decor. Favorite hotel in Victoria so far. "

"The first room I was given was ice but the smoke alarm was chirping and needed a new battery. I guess they didn't have a maintenance person there at that time so they offered me a different room. The room was clean ,quiet and comfortable. The TV worked, there were many cable channels but no Netflix or HULU. The bathroom was clean and remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was ok, there were English muffins or toast, yogurt, eggs, some cold cereal and oatmeal packets. You could also make waffles which were very good."

"Room & everything in it was great. Only issue was all the noise starting at 6am with the company workers that are up early. (It was a last minute booking for us so we understand) I will just ask for a room away from that next time. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you! "

"Very Quite, Very Clean, Great Parking and Excellent Location. Room very Spacious and the BED was Excellent. Receptionist was very nice but not dressed as A PROFESSIONAL Greeter that I see at other Hotels. The Hotel had only one ice machine working, very inconvenient."
