GREAT CHRISTMAS VACATION AT QUALITY INN AND SUITES

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. CHEESE AND BELL PEPPER MINI OMELETS, BISCUITS AND PORK SAUSAGE GRAVY, BACON, POTATOES, TEXAS SHAPED WAFFLES, YOGURT, JUICE,COFFEE. Great bed and very nice staff. A real Christmas treat while on Christmas vacation in Victoria, TX.

Honestly the staff was amazing but the first room we were in was atrocious. The air didn’t work and It seemed someone had a pet in there and the housekeepers failed to clean properly after the animal deficated and fleas were in it because we bitten. We were moved to a suite after some back and forth with the staff but they were helpful and friendly.

Overall great

Upon entering it has a smell. No sure of what but I think it’s cleaning products or some sort of air freshener. Wasn’t my cup of tea. Room same but you get used to it ans then don’t smell it all. Hotels.com Had it listed as a double king bed accessible (need for wheelchair). There is no such room. Was offered a double queen accessible but it didn’t have a shower bench. You walk into a small living space then go through another door for the beds, restroom, and kitchenette. Staff was great. Overall it was nice.

Over all it was comfortable. Cleanliness was less than stellar. Reported broken toilet seat upon arrival and wasn’t fixed during out stay. Dirty towel left on bathroom counter, stove top dirty and shampoo bottle on floor next to vanity in bathroom.
