「Wonderful stay from the staff to the rooms! Would return again!」

「The rooms and the hotel were very clean and bright. The stars very friendly and the breakfast was excellent! 」

「Staff was excellent Handicap access was terrible. Ramp access to parking lot limited. Entrance to guest room required help. Bathroom very small. Housekeeping was terrible. No aheets, blankets or extra pillows for pullout couch. No kleenex, paper towels, silverware or dishes for kitchen. Trash and towels were picked up midweek but had to go to front desk for new towels and trash can liner」

「The hotel was overbooked as their reservation system was down, so the non-smoking room requested through Expedia brushed over as a smoking room. The room was unbearable to be in. In a fortunate test of fate, the AC did not work in that room. I went to the office and the mid-day/evening front desk attendant kept putting me off. I checked back several times, each one he gave false timelines for him to go check it and he never did. After more than an hour he left the property so I returned to the...

「I love this place. The property is right on the beach. Feels very private since its not a huge hotel. The beach was not crowded on a Saturday, it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves at one point. The staff was very nice & the free breakfast is very convenient. I will be back soon! 」

「Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff, however a few things would make our stay better. Hand soap by sink in the our room and towel bars. The breakfast time should be extended until at least 10 am. We are on vacation. 」

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we...

「Nise clean place. With nice staff. My only complaint was the toilets are so small. I'm 6ft. So not that big. I joked with wife. Look at the (baby)kids toilets. But really did make my back hurt.」
