「The elevators were broken, you could only enter in through the front entrance, it was pouring down rain, it was only my daughter and I with a room on the second floor. The day we left it was around 7 AM the front desk was closed with a shade down and nowhere to checkout or leave the key. The building smelled of weed. I guess you get what you pay for. Thankfully we just needed it to spend the night.」

「First a for most, there’s a side door to check in at 7pm, the sliding doors where locked, you had to used another door to go to your room, which was the fire exit. Upon walking in to the hotel it smelled like weed, to get into the elevator you had to go around two rolling out side trash cans that stayed infront. Of the elevator… we where on the 3rd floor the fall way floor had soft spot on it. We get to put room … just horrible gross nasty the floors where damp there was dead an live baby...

「Hotel is being renovated just in the little I saw it's going to be 100 times better than before it seems like it could be a nice hotel rooms have fresh paint new furniture and beds they are really cleaning the entire place up! I look forward to seeing the end result!」

「In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . The apartment was so misleading with the cute pictures. You should see the neighborhood. The yard was covered in cigarette butts and the trash can was overflowing. I need a...

「My stay at the Jefferson Home was horrible the kitchen stayed dirty the back stayed dirty but of course I had to clean it because I used it 😒, everyone N the home was suppose to work together to make sure the home was comfortable for everyone there that wasn't the case no one from the property management team came to check on the property.
