「My wife and I were both super impressed with this Hotel!! There was a genuine niceness from all of the staff we encountered during our stay. And I am very pleased to report that this is a truly Pet friendly Hotel. I would like to also mention the attention we received from Michael, our faithful server during all of our breakfast buffet experiences. Super warm and attentive!!! We WILL be back for sure!!! Thank you all for making our trip SO pleasant!!!!」

「From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

「Everything」

「Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. 」

「Rooms were clean, property was close to a few amenities and the shopping mall and the price of the apartment was great. Communication at times were hindered but the language barrier.」

「The hotel lives up to its boutique name and the vibe fits perfectly in the beautiful Casco Viejo neighborhood. My room was lavishly decorated. The included breakfasts are much elevated from a typical breakfast buffet offering. Each day’s meal consists of a fresh fruit bowl, a full entrée from the menu, juice and coffee. The staff were all welcoming, attentive, and took so much pride in their work.」

「The room was clean, and the staff was very attentive. However, the hot water was inconsistent, the shower drain seemed partially clogged, the bathroom lighting was insufficient, and the street noise was loud. Improvements in these areas would make the stay more comfortable.」

「Excellent location to walk around, visit local attractions and restaurants in the old city.」

「Wonderful stay!」
