「Son lo máximo」

「This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!」

「Very nice boutique in a perfect location in old town. Very walkable to restaurants etc. super helpful staff. Our room was very large with a patio and also a balcony. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Look the room is nice , clean and simple - location is great right in the middle of casco viejo - walking distance to main points within the old town of panama BUT…. I stayed on a Friday , the noise and paeties all around the hotel make it impossible to catch sleep or rest …. It literally kept me awake until more or less 4:30 am …. The staff is non helpful at all …. They dont give you instructions on anything , not even the wifi password ! i had to go to the room to find out i had to come...

「Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.」
