「I book reservations online when I arrived at 11 PM in a taxi the hotel was completely closed and locked. I called the property. The gentleman told me that there was no more rooms available.」

All 3 persons were charged for the room. When we came to the room after checking-in, there was no additional bed prepared. We had to tell them to do so.
