"The location was perfect. Everything was very walkable and safe. The only negative was the hot water was not steady in the showers (we stayed in the villa). Also, the beautiful church on the same block rang every 15 minutes which was a little annoying at times. But sitting out on the balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine on this beautiful side street was a highlight. The villa is adjacent to the mayor's residence so security was always present. The staff at La Concordia were especially helpful in arranging transportation. We loved our stay here at the villa with 3 bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen with Viking appliances, comfortable living room and great balcony. We would highly recommend!!"

"Love the property. You are right at the start of the nice part of casco viejo but the blocks around it are rough and ugly. The police are very prominent so it's safe but be on alert"
