「Love the location and that it’s pet friendly. Always greeted by everyone working there makes you feel welcome. We will be staying there again next year. 」

「 I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you.」

「Wasn’t expecting a ton given the relatively low beach front ocean view rate but we were more than pleasantly surprised. Room was great. View from the 3rd floor was worth it alone. Staff was friendly and helpful with food suggestions. Breakfast was not so great but you don’t end up caring.. Definitely coming back. 」

When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」
