"We recently stayed at Cliff House Inn for 4 days to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a memorable getaway. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located. I had requested a birthday surprise, and they thoughtfully decorated our room with flowers, which made it feel extra special. Our room was clean, cozy, and had an ocean-facing view, waking up to the sound of waves was just magical. One of the best parts of our stay was simply soaking in the surroundings, whether it was sitting by the pool, watching the ocean waves crash, or enjoying the stunning sunsets right from the property. They also offer a continental breakfast, and having it while sitting by the ocean made mornings feel so peaceful and relaxing. The location is super convenient too, very close to the freeway, about 15 minutes from Santa Barbara and 15 minutes from Ventura Harbor, which made exploring really easy. The property itself is gorgeous, with trails nearby that are great for biking. And the highlight? We even spotted whales and dolphins from the beach chairs during sunset, such an unforgettable experience. Overall, it was a really lovely stay and the perfect place to relax, celebrate, and enjoy some quiet time by the ocean. Highly recommend!"
