"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."

"Rooms were large and could accommodate 3 people making it more cost effective. Breakfast was like a zoo - too many people with limited choice. Storing suitcases was 20 euros per suitcase- first time ever I have had to pay for storing a suitcase. Suggest staying in central Venice."

"Beautiful little hotel and just behind St Marks Square, so very handy to walk to all places of interest. We didn’t opt for breakfast even though it looked gorgeous but there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
