We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

"This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

Breakfast was a little box of treats containing a fresh juice, croissant, cheese, Nutella, jams fruits and some bread which was more than adequate for a start to the day. "The staff at 15 Quindici could not have been more helpful. Prior to check in they were fully informative over text and this made the whole check in process so smooth.
