「Dated shower stained shower curtain torn staff nice return eh probably not」

「Older hotel, fixed up in some areas. Lots of boxes in lobby. Bathroom missing conditioner, tub took 30 minutes to drain, sticky stuff on floor, couch was stained, room had a smell. Swimming pool had plants growing in it. I’ve machine didn’t work. Continental breakfast was sparse. Staff was friendly. King bed was ok, AC worked fine. 」

「If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again.
