Air conditioning machine worked intermittently. No coffee or breakfast (they don’t offer it in the booking so I didn’t take that into account). Biggest gripe is that my $50 holding fee was never refunded and I have been unable to contact them through their phone number regarding it.

Great location to everything you need. Staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we wanted. Extra towels were easy. Very friendly. Rooms were in great condition and A/C had room super chilled. Will definitely stay again.

Everything in the room was very clean down to the sheets and bathroom. The younger guy who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. When checking out there was an older guy who was bickering with another guest but that’s not my business. Nice affordable place though.

The property owner was very unprofessional. He demanded you park a certain way and stated he had to make room for other paying guess. I was confused because I was inside of the parking spot already and had to reposition my car to meet his requirements. Once checked in the room was infested with roaches and when I told the manager her acted nonchalant about the situation and refused to give me a refund or change rooms my family and I had no other hotel choices available that was within our price range for a two night stay. We had Events sent up to attend so for the most part we spent a total of 8 hours out of the 3 days we booked so to the poor conditions and rude staff.
Only picture I took at the time we left the property and only return to sleep for about 4 hours or less each day.

Get what you pay for

Doesnt look like the advertised photo at all. Looks rundown on outside but the inside looked new. Staff was helpful. Inside was clean and convenient to most places in area. Great price and would stay again for same price.

A staff member was extremely rude to me when checking out. I came to pick up my sisters and had luggage with me, and he accused me of being “sneaky” and “trying to get a free room.” When I explained the situation he said he “won’t talk to me if I’m going to be so arrogant.” When we finally left, he slammed the window shut in my face. Absolutely unbelievable! We won’t be back.
