"This is the second time I stay recently. I like the staff and love the rooms. The only thing is that both times the ice machine didn’t work on the second floor, but that’s all. Everything else was good and will definitely come back. "

"Front desk was great. Generous room upgrade d/t rain. Amazing view of the courtyard. Beautiful clean room. Very comfortable bed. Great coffee - brought my own creamer. Shower took a long while before getting warm. Waiter at the Presidential didn’t seemed to happy to serve and did the bare minimum- expected more from a high end eatery. Hotel stay a definite comeback. "

"The man at the front desk was awesome, very nice and welcoming. The room was huge and clean, i loved having a separate bedroom...a Real suite. The kitchen had a stove, cupboards, full size fridge and dishwasher with dishes. Breakfast was great! "
