「The room was very clean. Cleaning people has smiles and helpful. Breakfast was ok, cereal, bagels and glazed donuts every morning 」

「Entrance and first floor smelled like cattle. Bed was comfortable however the bed frame was poking out which we hit our legs on many times. Drywall was not completed around outlets or the water sprinklers. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. 」

「If your looking for a cabin like feeling but don’t want to stay at one, this hotel is the perfect place it’s just in between a cozy cabin stay. They have fireplaces outside, hot tubs/pools and beautiful mountain views. Everything really clean and room includes kitchen, laundry , and living room. I loved my stay here.」

「Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! 「Frequently stay in the Fairplay area for work and the Hand hotel has been by far the most enjoyable place to stay. The other option (Riverside Inn) has always been extremely noisy and the staff don't seem to care much about customer concerns. The Hand hotel staff were excellent and it was convenient having the cafe down-stairs... just be aware it isn't open every morning, but there are other options close by. It is a historic building so keep that in mind when booking.」

「Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!! The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin. The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage.
