The pool and hot tub are under construction so we were unable to use them. We didn’t know this because we booked with Expedia and it didn’t have a notice on the listing. :( Also the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear everything going on in next room and hallway. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to open the top and fix it ourselves. I didn’t see any water fill stations either. But the rate was cheap so you get what you pay for. The room seemed clean. I do wish there were more towels as we had 4 people in the room. I called down for more but there was no answer. It served its purpose but not sure I would stay there again.

Staff was very welcoming at check-in. Hotel has been updated and transitioned to a holiday inn since our last stay last year. Rooms are comfy and updated. Hot tub and pool are being renovated. Not being able to use was a bummer. Wish that had been listed at time of booking but not a huge deal. Will be a nice amenity once finished. Hotel has a great location, would recommend and will be staying again.

Room and location were great for hitting the slopes at Breckenridge and Copper. It was fog friendly but absolutely no trash cans available to throw the dog waste. Also our room keys would stop working a couple of times a day.

We picked this place because there was a pool and hot tub but after we checked in, they said they were both closed for construction. Our room’s heater was broken and it was freezing. They got us a new room but we had already unpacked and settled it so we had to pack up and move all our stuff. Since we couldn’t take the kids to the pool, we thought we would watch a movie for entertainment, but the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so we could only watch live tv. There were kids movies but since it wasn’t on demand we were stuck watching them when they were already partially over. For one night stay, it was $250 which seems steep for a place that has no pool, no capability to watch movies and broken heater. The man at the front who checked us in was very nice and friendly and I have no complaints about the staff.
