Hotel room was in bad condition, restroom had the enire floor coming up due to water damage, TV had no remote, no hair dryer, no iron. Sheets where clean but the room was nasty. Will never stay here again, my car is cleaner.

The building itself is a typical La Quinta hotel design. Rooms had microwaves and fridges as well as Roku TV which allowed you to use your own streaming services. The pool area was well equipped with towels. Hot tub was hot. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very simple. If you are gluten free, you will have limited options as most options are carbs. There were hardboiled eggs, yogurt and cheerios for your gluten free folks out there. For everyone else, pastries and pancakes which need warming. Coffee was good, though. Rooms are dated. Vinyl plank floors are sketchy. Caulking is coming off in areas. BUT...This was the best deal in town. To have a pool and a hot tub and a double room for four people all for about $100 a night, I don't know where else in summit county that can happen for you. We also visited Betchin Chicken. They were low on supplies Sunday night. What they did have was very good. Seemed understaffed. Slow service. Food though, was good. All in all, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in Dillon or Silverthorne CO, this is it, but set your expectations lower than the other options available. It won't be like the Best Western or Comfort Inn and Suites. This will be a step up from the Super 8 in town.

We requested for early check in with a mountain view room and it’s was provided to us. The room was neat and clean with basic amenities. I did observe some of the bed sheets were torn and not thoroughly cleaned. There was mold in the bathroom in stands above the tub. The breakfast was very healthy continental.

Clean, but very dated (linens, towels, pillows, carpets, etc) all past due for replacement. Basic but satisfactory breakfast. Great to have on site restaurant. Nice common areas. Pool, hot tub, and execise room all functional.

The property is old but clean, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast may be the worst we have ever experienced. Nothing fresh. The jam was so old it was like an old gummy candy. Even the kids wouldn't touch it. Overall we had a nice stay just don't plan on eating on property.
