"The property was really well located beside the railway station, walking distance from all parts of the city centre. The place looked newly renovated, room was perfect with an immaculate bathroom. Finished to a good standard. I had a car, parking is in the railway station or free nearby, if you get there early enough! It has air con too but not needed when I stayed there. "

"This place cannot be beaten for location. The train station and the Piazzi Matteotti where you get most buses, including a few that take you to the beach, are within two minutes walk. Despite having to walk up many steps to get to your room, the airconditioning in the room more than makes up for it! Rooms are falling apart- resort is too big to manage by the staff they have at hand. the most difficult part is that they take away your car at the entrance and then you have to rely on a shuttle bus that runs only one in 30 minutes to get to you car or any other place in the resort - such as the beach; parking; food options; animal area."

"The hotel is not near absolutely anything. No resultants or even corner shops for small bits to buy with 15 mins. I don’t know how it’s a 4 star to be honest, the rooms are incredibly old and I’m never fussed with that kind of stuff. It’s just an incredibly inconvenient hotel that needs refurbishing. "
