Good stay in Cagliari

Overall a nice hotel. Owners are very friendly and the room was nice enough. No elevator (which is common in older buildings in Cagliari) made getting bags up and down a challenge overall, but that was about it.

Perfect accommodation. Super friendly host who let us check-in 4 hours earlier. It's right in the centre of Cagliari, so you can reach everything by foot. The only tiny drawback was the stairs you had to go up yo get to the rooms.

We had a really nice stay at Mani rooms. Nearby were a lot of places to eat. The room is well located just to walk around to look at the old buildings or to explore the city center. Luckily we knew about the many stairs to the room, so we took our time with the luggage. Thanks to Mirko for the nice and fast contact via WhatsApp!

Location, location!

The location was great! About 4 min. Walk from the train station and within walking distance to old town. You have to be able to climb stairs, it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The host was very responsive and very helpful. The rooms are clean with AC and common area to have free coffee and tea. Very convenient for flying in and out of Cagliaria airport.

If you’re travelling with a suitcase on wheels, you’re young, fit and wanting to attend a wedding in the adjacent municipal palace having arrived by train & plane in Cagliari this is IDEAL. The 79 steps to this third floor series of apartments provide a haven for rest, sleep and the kind attentive hosts treat you like family. Excellent bric-a-brac shop next door to no. 19 had sunglasses and a towel so I could enjoy the beach 20 mins by bus to the south. You’ll not want for restaurants within a minutes walk and the rail station is 5 minutes to the platform.

The host was very helpful and communicated well. I wouldn’t want to carry the big bags up the stairs again, and I am fairly fit. Travel light and it’s a great option.

This is a great little spot right in the best part of town walking to all places. Super clean little room great for a single traveler or a couple. Cute kitchen with dishes and extra supplies if you need. If you don’t have help carrying luggage ir have a lot of heavy bags this may be difficult as there are about 6 flights of stairs to get up. The parking is difficult to find on the street, train station is close but it’s more expensive but easy. Overall a great stay for a few days in Cagliari

Alloggio molto carino e la signora molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzo molto buono e posizione in pieno centro. Purtroppo la camera si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo senza ascensore e ci sono molti scalini da salire con le valige (era specificato ma non lo avevo letto)

Bella struttura rinnovata recentemente. Unica pecca come anticipato si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma per noi che siamo una coppia giovane che viaggiava solo con lo zaino non è stato un gran problema. Attenzione a dove parcheggiate, al parcheggio della stazione abbiamo pagato 30€ per la notte.

Désastreuse, pas du tout accueillant a éviter. Sur le site arrivée jusqu'à 22h et eux ils ferme a 21h30 même si vous êtes en communication avec eux et que vous leur dite nous arrivons vers 22h a 22h vous trouve les portes close et vous a la rue sans hôtel

The wifi wasn't working at all. The manager told us it would be fixed and we realized that he had told the same story to all the customers for weeks. We hadn't any towels at our arrival, neither the bottle of wine that was included in our offer. The manager gave us an address to have a discount when renting a car in a special shop. The shop in question never heard about our hotel. The room was clean, and confortable but the service was very deceiving.

Excellent location in the heart of Cagliari!

This place cannot be beaten for location. The train station and the Piazzi Matteotti where you get most buses, including a few that take you to the beach, are within two minutes walk. Despite having to walk up many steps to get to your room, the airconditioning in the room more than makes up for it! The only negative thing is that we felt a bit cheated because we DID not get the free gift or the slippers as were advertised and WORST of all there was also NO coffee/tea maker as advertised in the description of amenities!
