Great for what we needed before we board a cruise. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Not the greatest pillows and they're doing a lot of floor remodeling, but this was a nice option.

Very nice hotel. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, where the bus takes you to the city center. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a quiet area.

Room and breakfast were good. The only thing that took us by surprise was that it was a little way out of town. There is no direct public transport to get to the hotel from the airport so you will need a taxi (Eu20) But there is a half-hourly bus #19 that goes from outside the hotel and after a few stops (or a 12-min walk) you can swap to a #1 bus that goes into the city centre seafront.

Surprisingly nice for a holiday inn by an airport. Nice staff. Nice lobby. Good food. The area is what you’d expect for an airport area. Good thing they have a decent restaurant there as there’s nothing else nearby. Our big issue was the bed and pillows. Pretty lumpy and uncomfortable. Thanks for the free parking though!

Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there. Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎

Property is nice, clean, friendly staff, restaurant/bar is good, nice pool. Location is the problem- even though it says 10 mins to centre (and it is a 10 minute ride), property is in the middle of nowhere (industrial area). If was difficult and costly to get a taxi, uber was better and found a good car service. Staff wasn’t very helpful with information. Wouldn’t recommend this property if you are wanting to spend a lot of time in the city centre.

I decided to stay for a night at his hotel so i could be near the Airport and enjoy the sun one more day in the pool. The pool was very dirty, the sunbeds the dirtiest i have ever seen. Carpets in the corridors very dirty and old, teared in some parts which can be easily trip hazard. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant had good food.

The person on charge of the bar was not friendly and some rude. He ignored us when we tried to ask for a drink when we arrived. The young lady who received us she was very sweet and helpful. We arrived at 9:30 am since we had arrived from a cruise. She allowed us to put our luggage on a room while we went to explore the island. I wished she would stay for our check in, but her shift was ended by then.

Good because it’s close to the airport (what I need it) the hotel its not in it’s best shape but it does the job. My main problem that I booked a room and they wanted to charge me more because we were 2 people (me and my girlfriend) I had a lot of arguments with the staff, had to report to expedia and they finally accepted that the price was the same for 1 or 2 the price is for the room ad the expedia app and the receipt states. Besides that the experience was OK. An average hotel close to the airport, does the work
