Great Cagliari Hotel

From the receptionist to the maître D in the breakfast area, to the servers in lounge, to the cleaning staff…everyone was friendly, helpful and warm. It was an excellent experience. Thank you to the staff of the Thotel in Cagliari Sardegna. The place was modern and beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

Decent hotel, location a bit far from centre

Nice hotel, a bit out of the way however, with very limited shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had decent options, but it was a bit chaotic on the day I arrived as there was a big group, and no clean tables. I had a room on a high floor which had amazing views! Overall a good hotel and would stay again.

Cagliari stop over

Overnight stay before flying home. Good position in City and had free parking across the road from hotel. You can walk to city Center - takes about 20 minutes. Friendly staff, breakfast busy at 9.00 am.

We really enjoyed our stay at T-Hotel. The checkin was very efficient. We liked the sunken bar snack area. The staff there were very efficient and friendly. A minor problem with the closet hinge was fixed quickly. Parking across the street in underground parking was excellent. A great stay !

We had a nice time with my friends staying at the hotel. We are greeted by the hotel staff upon check in with a big friendly smile and we feel welcomed. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the lady called Naomi is very patient and helps us with the menu as we would like to eat local Sardinian food. We enjoyed our food. Cagliari is very safe even to a solo traveler. The buses is only few minutes walk from the hotel. Few stops to the city center. Bus ticket can be purchased at the hotel reception.There is a nice park just across the hotel.

Really happy with the hotel

The first thing I noticed was the attention to detail. You could tell that the room had been carefully planned. The bathroom was large. Everything was clean. We had a king size bed, which was a little hard but at home I have a soft mattress. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The staff I found professional and helpful. The hotel was a little out of town but it was in such a quiet location. It had buses nearby.

Nice hotel and service with some imperfections

Lovely service from the staff and nice hotel! Amazing massage too and nice breakfast - it would be good for some more hot options for vegetarians maybe veggie sausages or something. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit poor, their was always hair in our room and bathroom that wasn’t ours and they never cleaned the mirrors. The bathrooms were a little mouldy on the tiles, so maybe just need a big deep clean but it didn’t ruin the stay, just be mindful of it. The restaurant food wasn’t very nice tbh, but the cocktails were yummy! Otherwise this was a really nice hotel and they were extremely helpful with all of our questions. I would recommend staying here even though it was 100% perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in UNAHOTELS T Hotel Cagliari a lot! Hands down the best hotel in the city. It's a bit away from noisy port and marina (about 20 min walk, or 5 min drive), and it's a huge advantage. Very easily accessible by car, near major highways, so no need to drive through narrow medieval streets of port area. And FREE PARKING!! with unlimited 24h access and exit. Hotel itself is impeccably clean and amazingly well decorated. Great breakfast, too. Stuff deserved special mentioning.Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We had a chance to meet GM, Mr. Carmine Aiezza. He was very resourceful in helping us to feel very welcomed in the hotel. Great receptionists. One of them, Klaudia, had recommended restaurants and made few reservations for us. All those restaurants turned out to be a culinary experience of highest quality. Hotel's SPA is another great feature. Amazing bar, restaurant and outside lounge. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

I loved the friendly staff in the hotel. Everybody was very accommodating and made my fiancé and myself feel extremely welcome. In particular Claudia was fantastic and her knowledge was helpful to organise tours and activities. The staff were accommodating when upgrading room for us as we wanted our vacation to be special. The hotel was well located and there was an extensive bus network which made it very convenient to travel around the city. However I would say the breakfast buffet was poor. The selection was limited and the scrambled eggs were always served cold. The gym facilities were very basic and limited and I could not really see the need to even have one. In a 4 star hotel I was surprised to find out that you had to pay an additional fee to use the pool. The upgrade was also not free. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Cagliari
