The room was lovely and the air conditioning very much appreciated as it was quite warm for our stay. We ate at the restaurant several times during our 4 night stay and loved every meal. The breakfast was wonderful also. Collinetta was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Switzerland. We would definitely stay again."

The breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety of health options. Beyond this all objective aspects, the hotel staff is simply 5*, not that you would meet in many hotels these days. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when you visit Lugano."
