Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

We stayed at Una for a month while our house was getting ready for us to move in. We absolutely loved it! The staff are so nice and helpful! The food at the restaurant is amazing! It’s easy to park, it’s easy to access. We will definitely be recommending it to our family and friends when they come for a visit. Amazing place!

Great Hotel

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our 1 month holiday in Europe. Ample parking, large space for big cars and free compared to our last hotel that charged 11 euro per night for an awful garage. Love the sumptuous breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. In the evening, there's happy hour kind of snacks which are delicious. Hotel is clean and room spacious. Could have given them 6*

The property is located about 10 miles to Switzerland border, and nearly 30 miles from Malpensa Airport. It easy to maneuver if you don’t mind Verse’s rich roundabouts. The buildings were designed there will be no future cars. Arese Mall is also about 30 miles. Don’t leave Milan without visiting the mall.

It was a bizarre hotel with lots of bad design features. The toilet is dangerous if someone open the door it cad badly hurt the person in the toilet.

Very Disappointing – Dirty and Dark Room

The room was extremely dirty, dark, and felt completely closed off—very gloomy. There was no natural light, ventilation was poor, and overall it was very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

Room was freezing and Aircon/heating would only blast cold air into the room. I complained after the first night but nothing improved. I like the location of this hotel and have stayed several times whilst on business in Varese, however I will not be staying here again.
