The property has convenient access to the Salar. Room was good. Food options are limited to the buffet. No easy access to restaurants. The property is isolated. Staff were excellent. Generally not much to complain about!

Room, food, staff, all excellent
The road from Colchani is unpaved and very dusty, but inside the hotel is very clean. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is weak and it gets humid after a shower, but other than that, the room is very relaxing and comfortable. We had sandwiches at the bar and breakfast at the restaurant; neither of them were local, but they were very good. I especially recommend the fried eggs, which are baked in front of you at breakfast. Some of the staff spoke only Spanish, but we were able to communicate without any problems using a translation app. Above all, they were very considerate and helpful, which made the trip even better.

Beautiful common areas (5-star hotel level), average room (3-star), hard to reconcile value for money equation, but given local standard, this is definitely nicer than most.

El hotel es hermoso, muy bien cuidado, las vistas increibles. Su area de piscina caliente es espectacular. El ambiente es muy callado y se puede descansar muy bien. Pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. El día que fuimos estaban grabando una promoción para el hotel, nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que habíamos reservado y no nos la querían cambiar ya que supuestamente todas las otras estaban ocupadas por el personal de la grabación. Igualmente habían áreas restringidas que no se podían usar ya que estaban grabando. Pero el personal del restaurante es muy amable y atenta

We loved our stay at the first Salt hotel that was built out of salt! It had great amenities, however the food quality definitely could improve, especially for the price; it was too expensive in the restaurant. The spa services were great and the pool was beautiful, however too small for the number of guests and they should do more than one service at a time. I would definitely stay again, the staff were amazing!

Hotel is unique as it is made of salt. Staff is friendly. Not much to do while waiting for the "main attraction": visit to the Salar at Uyunii.

Hotel has excellent location and friendly staff. However, service was very poor. There was a conference on at the time which meant facilities were closed to guests without advance warning. Food at the restaurant was poor.

Great location, everything else poor
Large conference took bar area from early until late so limited facilities and service for the group. Rooms claustrophobic and either too hot or too cold with very cheap bathroom fittings. Food barely edible but gin and tonics very good. Amazing location but hardware and service not up to the high price.

One of the nicest (if not the nicest) hotels in Uyuni. Service was fantastic - the staff in the restaurant and front desk were super nice and flexible. We loved the lounge area where we enjoyed drinks and played pool after a long day exploring the Salt Flats.

Maravilloso!! Lo recomiendo mil veces , la recepción muy cordial, las habitaciones muy cómodas, instalaciones de lujo comida deliciosa todo muy limpio. Piscina y sauna con hermosa vista. La temperatura en todo hotel muy agradable. Nos trataron como a Reyes hace honor al Nombre. Seguro que vuelvo!!!.

I loved the uniqueness of this hotel, specifically because it’s made out of salt. The property is beautiful and clean. The pool area was very nice as well. The staff was super helpful. We arrived extremely early and left on a salt flats tour. Upon our return which was late, our luggage was already in our room. When we left, we left early, and they receptionist arranged a breakfast to go. This hotel and its staff was amazing!

The Palacio was outstanding. The hotel itself is a marvel. Wonderfully decorated and unique looking. The staff went out of their way to help in every way. Above and beyond to help us with anything and make our stay great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible salt hotel. Beautiful pool. Friendly, professional staff. Amazing welcome drink. I wasn’t a big fan of the buffet dinner, it was pretty average and I found the price expensive. The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous. I loved the sheets and room Devore and electric blankets and hoooooooot shower. I’d recommend staying here!

We liked everything about the Palacio! Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was good and plentiful. The rooms were clean and stylish. Our shower did leak a bit. The spa was small but elegant. An additional charge of USD8 was made to use the steam or the sauna which we felt should be included.

in the middle of actual nowhere: a unique esperien
the hotel was amazing as same ascths staff, incredible service. The only downsize was the showers. at least the one in my room was very small, my elbow kept hitting the the plastic door or other areas of thd shower, every time I turned. I am a regular size petson: height 5.8 and weight 156.
