"The location is amazing. The proximity to the thames crossing and transportation was great. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Rude. Lies. Unlike other hostel properties, they have no kitchen, or way to fill a water bottle, which would be OK, if they didn't want to charge high end prices ..."
