フロントの方はとても丁寧な方でしたが、簡易的な説明のみでした、、、 部屋のテレビ画面から館内の案内は見れると言われましたが、ご年配の方や機械が苦手な方は分かりにくいかも知れないのでパンフレットなど欲しいですね。 喫煙部屋はかなり臭かったです。気分が悪くなって食事が出来ない。 臭すぎて返金して欲しいレベル。。。 臭いの清掃は行き届いてないです。 部屋にも備え付けの消臭スプレーや、空気清浄機はあったけど意味ない、消臭スプレーなど持参された方が良いかも

新築のルートインは清潔で設備も良く浴場もあり、ビジネスホテルクラスではまず間違いはないです。 チェックアウトもセルフでなによりスムーズです。 ただこのゆいの杜は道路からの入り口がちょっと狭いかなと感じました。
