「We arrived and there was no receptionist. So I grabbed the lobby phone and called and she finally came out. I said oh that was me calling because no one was here. And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?” We proceeded to the elevators and one opened half way and was beeping constantly. We weren’t sure if it was working or if we could take the luggage carrier on it. So we asked her and she came and rode on it and said it’s fine. It still seemed sketchy. She...

「Not to bad. Had a bad beer smell on the stairways. But all and all not to bad. Room 206 was upstairs and with all the rooms ac units facing into the hall. Made the rooms hard to keep cool. Wife and I had four of are Grandkids with us and we had plenty of room. Indoor pool was I hit for the kids. A bit slippery. Last bit not least. Area was clean and quiet.」

「breakfast was ok.. cooking staff a male seemingly of Asian descent was extremely rude. Telling us we could only get one pancake while others weren't limited. However The front Desk staff was absolutely amazing William B. was very inviting, welcoming,eager to help,and catered to each customer with respect.」

「Beds are very comfortable. Spacious rooms. Very strong air conditioning! Easy drive to downtown. Would stay again!」

「Arrived at hotel and room was already prepaid. Took staff member at front desk over 30mins to check me in. She could not figure out how to check in a prepaid room from expedia. The next morning I check and she has charged me a second time for the room aswell. All the elevators were broken and the room was old, outdated and not very clean. As someone for loves IHG hotels, this is the worst one we have ever stayed at!」

「The walls were dirty, something was wrong with the window, cabinet wouldn’t stay closed and room never really called down. Breakfast was nice, the normal options but it was done well.」

「We often stay here because it's affordable, clean and the staff are helpful and kind. However, they truly need to invest in a better ventilation system. First room was so damp we had to be transferred. The second was much better, but furniture is becoming too worn and dated.」

「Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc」
