「Overall the room was ok other than people walking up and down the stairs stomping all day and every night. The Internet service was awful, very poor connection, and never would connect」

「It was a decent place to stay. Only issues we had was they are cosmetic issues with the property. But you get what you pay for. There was also the beep beep beeping that kept going on threw out the night and day which we found out later was the doorbell for front desk. Also the walls are thin. There was a couple arguing the first night we were there then early in the morning we hated a nothing argument in the front officee area」

「We never got the room because they do not honor your online reservations so we got screwed and had to sleep outside with our kid so yeah I'd say it was a pretty s***** experience y'all shouldn't take money from people when they're trying to reserve a hotel that doesn't honor y'all's reservations thank you」

「This hotel is a GEM...I was pleasantly surprised. I was visiting a friend and didn't want to stay in Jackson. This hotel was SUPER AFFORDABLE!! Conveniently located, plenty of eateries. My only recommendation is that the hotel isn't super big, so it could be swept and dusted better. And the shower was so-so. Other than that, I will definitely be staying again and again 」

「The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street. Upon arrival to the new address, he was denied check in and told there were no rooms. After calling Oyo customer service, they tried to reach...

「The staff was absolutely amazing. Stopped halfway to Atlanta. I wish the indoor pool would have been a bit warmer but everything was clean and great! Also, the restaurant was impeccable. The rooms were clean and wonderful. Surrounding area a bit sketchy but you feel very safe on the property! 」
