「I was there for four nights and my room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or wash clothes. The sheets were really thin and pulling off the mattress .Three feet of the vinyl baseboard in my room was peeled off and laying the floor. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good so I ate breakfast elsewhere. The hot tub jets were shooting above the water level. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns and Suites over the years and was always happy with my stay. No more!」

「Pictures online do not match reality. Old, worn furniture. Had to throw my shoulder against the door to get it open. Minimal furnishings. Light switches did not work. Bathtub cracked and dirty. Bathroom door missing chunks out of it. Checked out after 10 minutes. Manager was not surprised we didn’t want to stay and was not shocked when we described all that was wrong with the room.」

「This is a 2-star hotel. The staff were unfriendly, and it was difficult to get a smile when asking for assistance. My request for room service was denied due to them being very busy. This two-story hotel lacks an escalator, which would be helpful for guests with mobility issues. The bathrooms are quite small, and the sink is located outside the main bathroom area. 「Staff was so rude. Didn’t get to sleep in my room as my key didn’t work at 10pm & no one in office til 8am!!!! Paid for nothing! Even the number they left to call for emergency didn’t work or they just didn’t answer」

「The tub leaked water all the time we where there. Needs to be fixed. Did not provide a coffee pot in the room. Other than that, all was good.」
