「Nice remodel 」

「Great stay in cute part of historic Montrose. East checkin at the bar, be advised no elevator but all rooms are on the second floor so it’s manageable. Room was big, Bed comfortable, nice electronic blackout shades. This will definitely be my top pick next time I need to stay in Montrose.」

「The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing.」

「Location close to NP. Good for a quick stay at cheap price. Drainage in bathroom was not so efficient and towels and bed sheets had stains on it. It smelled clean when coming in but clearly not feeling clean per se. Good when on a very tight budget, otherwise I would recommend spending more to a better place. Staff was very friendly.」

「Hotel was recently renovated which was the only plus. The room we got was missing furniture (arm chair) and staff was unable to locate another chair. Light on one side of bed could not work because there was not outlet for it to be plugged into. Not a single USB charging port anywhere in the room which given today's use of rechargeable electronics is unacceptable. Will not be staying there again and wouldn't recommend it.」

「I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the...
