「Cute boutique hotel in great location and friendly staff」

「Absolutely incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The hotel itself is stunning beautifully designed, spotless, peaceful, and full of little details that made the experience feel luxurious without being pretentious. The room was beyond comfortable: amazing bed, great lighting, thoughtful amenities, and one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in forever. The pool area was a total oasis, and the atmosphere throughout the property...

「The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call...

「This was our first time staying at the Colony Palms and it definitely won’t be the last! The hotel is perfectly located, just 1 street off the main strip but close to many great restaurants. It’s just the right amount of quiet and because we were here on the Memorial Day holiday, there was also the right amount of festive buzz. The restaurant that sets across from the pool is so charming and the decor is beautiful. The food was not the best we’ve had, but because the environment is so wonderful...
