「The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call...

「This hotel was a lot of fun! It was clean and unusually decorated with an art deco design! It kind of blew us away and was not what we were expecting. Lots of fun and the owners were great! It’s very low-key which we liked as well. What a lovely surprise! We highly recommended it, especially if you are looking for a cool Palm Springs vibe!」

「Clean and spacious room. Spectacular mountain view through floor-to-ceiling windows. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, utensils, toaster, blender. 6-jet rainfall shower panel in a clean bathroom. Large smart TV. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Bicycles available to cruise. Putting green has sun and shade with balls and putters in the room's closet! Gracious staff. Exceeded my expectations. We will be back! 5 stars」

「I adore Terra Palm Springs. My husband and I spent 3 nights here on our babymoon, and the whole experience was perfect. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff, like Jake & John are always so helpful. I had a wonderful prenatal massage done at the hotel by the kindest masseuse. Can't wait to go back!」

「I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better.」
