My husband and I were very impressed with this property. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and exercise room. The staff is friendly. The rooms are decorated well and very clean. There is shade by the pools for the hot and sunny weather. We will come back during our next visit. We want to use the bikes and play tennis, but it was just too hot during our visit.

The property is absolutely lovely. Having green space and some shade (by the south pool) made the stay next-level. The rooms are clean, fresh, and relaxing. I don't like a neon mural over the bed, so Casa Palma's spaces are a dream come true. One star off because the bedding felt poor-quality, a fix I'd hope they're working toward since everything else is such high quality (towels and toiletries A+). And a chair in the room would be nice. But I'd absolutely stay here again and am thankful I got to spend my getaway here.

Buyer beware! The restaurant and “pool bar” are not open 7 days a week. The pool bar is only open for “happy hour” and only Thurs-Sun. The restaurant was closed Tues & Weds during my stay and staff said hours change “seasonally”. Given I was there during high season, assume it will be open even less in summer. The room was spartan. No dresser drawers, limited hanging. And the bed was aweful! Soft & uncomfortable. Our friends stayed here too & had the same complaint. The grounds are pretty & quiet. That was the one positive.

The place is really nice. Old Hollywood vibes, And very quiet, and very very pretty. Grounds were well maintained. So if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, this will do the trick. Where things fall apart are the amenities. The “continental breakfast” is a joke. Better just to say they have coffee and a bowl of fruit with a few store bought mini muffins. Keep expectations high so you don’t scoff when you’re confronted with the absurd reality of what’s actually there. The restaurant was rarely open, and the bar was sufficient at best…but awful at other times….like…hmmm Saturday evening??? The “bartender” had to google how to make a martini, and it was undrinkable. It seems like there’s cost cutting measures going on and it really takes away from the experience. For the price…they should be doing better, not skimping on the customer experience. I’d like to say I’d come back, but I can’t, not unless it was about half the price.

We absolutely loved this property. It was beautifully renovated. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were lovely. The property is well cared for. We wished the restaurant/bar was open as our only complaint but we would love to come back and stay for a longer visit.

The hot tub exceeded my expectation. The room was clean and the cleaning staff exceeded my expectation. The restaurant/bar was a nice place charging reasonable prices without any pretense of being a high end expensive hotel expense. I would recommend the property to anybody
