「We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible. 」

「對面有個鐘，15分鐘敲一次。晚上很多年輕人嬉鬧，喝酒。門面很多垃圾，尤其草皮。其他內部清潔都還很不錯，公寓都是香香的味道，可能是洗衣房飄出來的味道。」

「Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! 」

「The hotel location is just fine - there is a REWE next to the house, several bakeries and restaurants, the Garching U-Bahn is just in a minute distance... There is no elevator so one needs to carry the luggage upstairs (one floor).」

「We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. 」

「Die Innenstadt ist schnell mit der S-Bahn erreichbar. Eine tolle Basis um München zu erkunden. Sehr praktisch ist das Café unten im Haus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. 」

「It was a delight to stay at Smartliving Apartments during my trip to Munich. The property was in great condition and well cared for. Check-in was an easy process that took less than five minutes. The property is also located close to bus stops and a U-Bahn station which are reachable in eight minutes or less depending on one's walking speed. It also sports a well designed common area that has a vending machine for purchasing meals, beverages, and snacks. I would highly recommend this property...
