「The bathroom was really bad - lots of mold in tub area. If there was a hair dryer, I missed it.」

「Room was gross. Floor was so dirty my white socks were black and the room was so humid that the carpet was spongy. The staff was rude. Air conditioner died and I had to move hotels because no one was there to figure it out and the staff acted incredibly rude and inconvenienced when I asked to refund my last two nights so I could find another hotel. Room had dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Crumbs in the floor and an empty m and m wrapper by the nightstand. The room was barely cleaned....

「The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...

While the rooms had been moderately updated, there was staining and what looked like early stages of mold growth on the bathroom ceiling. While nothing looked particularly dirty, the room didn't seem particularly clean either. 「It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell.」
