「Easy check in. Staff is always courteous..」

「It was a short stay, this time but with family 8 miles down the road, this my be my go to to stay in. As long as its clean and courteous Ill keep coming back!」

「Staff were nice but the property was in disrepair. The first room's locks were completely broken and staff were very kind in switching rooms. The second room's chain lock was very loose and looked as if they were sawed at one point. The sheets were very clean and soft. But the carpet was stained and looked like it was dirty. The bathroom was clean. Ac worked well.」

「I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.」

「Room smelled like an old ashtray and cat pee! The leather chairs are missing most of their leather, the box springs have noticeable bed bug residue. The floors were filthy, paint was missing from the bathroom door as were bathroom light fixtures. There was hair in multiple places that was not ours. The place has not been updated in many years if ever. It was not worth the $105 we paid for the night, shouldn’t have been more than $30. Great disappointment.」

「Not sure if it was a scam or misunderstanding but regardless the check in experience was awful. First, they insisted that I only paid $11 on Expedia and the rest was due at check in, even though both Expedia and my bank app said otherwise, then they asked for $5 check in fee in cash. Eventually they backed off both and the rest of the stay was fine. 」
