「The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...

「Great breakfast. Great park/gift shop/cafe/ice cream right next door. 10-15 min drive to some great restaurants and neighborhoods. A little less than a mile from water taxi that takes you to aquarium or waterfront park. Great sunsets over Ravenal Bridge.」

「When we got to the property I thought everything looked descent. The front office staff were okay, not very friendly but not rude. The room initially looked clean and we stayed the first night. Breakfast was horrible, sausage was burnt, gravy was cold and the lady that cooked was loud and angry. She complained the whole time to anyone that would listen. I was frustrated. We went back to our room and we had seen something on the bathroom door when we initially came to the room on the first day...

「Rooms need some TLC they are worn out. I didn't have anyone come to clean my room. First day I had put the sign do not disturb, the second day I did not. Not sure what happened there. Partial beach view was nice. Never had the breakfast but seemed like bagels and pancakes, cereal and fruit. Coffee/tea was nice to have. 」
