「Clean, large room 」

「The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and went out of the way to make you feel welcome. 」

「We were there opening weekend - property was super clean and staff was awesome. Wanted to watch March madness and forgot adapter - and the staff brought me a new adapter so we could watch the game. Very awesome.」

「The breakfast was good. Choice of eggs sausage or waffle. Cereal was limited and they did have bagels with cream cheese. No assortment of jelly. It was Grape or Grape. Rooms were very nice and clean.staff is very friendly. Will stay there again.」

「"We frequent Charleston for weekend getaways and decided to try this hotel for the first time. It appears to be a fairly new property with a great location and nice photos, but the room amenities were surprisingly dated. The room looks nice at first glance, but...this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at in years that didn't have USB ports. We actually had to go to CVS to buy a wall plug—frustrating since we have plenty at home! The closet door would not stay closed so we had to put a washcloth at...

「We had a beautiful corner room on this stay! We had a little road noise throughout the night not due to the hotel’s location (cars and motorcycles racing down Highways) Would stay here again」

「The room was clean enough, but the ac did not work properly. It wasn’t able to be adjusted from our room. The bed was awful. Way too soft to be comfortable and it sank in the middle. Our room adjoined another that had kids in it and was right across from the elevator. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again.」

「The only complaint was we had issues with the tub it needs replaced. They tried to repair a crack in the tub and it was not a great repair job. The tub needs to have a new one put in place. The toilet had a small leak.」
