「This was our first time, staying at this property. The first room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. That wasn’t the property’s fault, but they made it right. The second room was great.」

「The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and went out of the way to make you feel welcome. 」

「There were some dirty clothes left in a small dresser in the closet, but other than that the room was extremely clean. Staff was great. Housekeeping refreshed towels and wash clothes daily. I do wish there was access to a microwave for warming up food. But I appreciate the complimentary cappuccino machine and water coolers on the property. 」

「Christmas decor with ice skating, smores, hot chocolate & bouncy houses were a great surprise to all of us. So much fun! Shuttle to downtown, water taxi, heated pool! It was all great. 」

「Overall this is a terrific venue and we were very pleased with our 4 day stay. the place is very clean and the service was excellent. the breakfast is your typical continental breakfast and was good. the wine and cheese at 4pm was a nice extra and started off each evening on the right note. the location is very convenient to the Market and various restaurants. would definitively stay there again when we go back 」
