「This hotel stay was wonderful! It was way more than what we expected. The location was beautiful. The lobby was beautiful, I loved the colors and decor! So lovely! The staff was wonderful very accomodating. The extra bonus was the managers reception Ron is awesome!!! Definitely say hi and meet him!!! He made the best drinks and it was every night! What a fun extra bonus! Plenty of drinks and finger snacks! The breakfast was delightful! Loved the omlette choices! Rooms were spacious and clean!...

「The desk staff were so pleasant and friendly! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've had my entire 6 week trip! The kitchen was perfect. Nice large TV. The staff obviously prioritize cleaning but I think perhaps they could find cleaners with less odors... I always like to walk in and not smell anything ... vs cleaners odors... but I understand that they really care about keeping everything clean and they do a great job with that! The location was great! Right off the bridge to the city...

「We had a maintenance issue in our room. There wasn’t a solution that could work. Face it, not everything is always perfect, but that is why you have customer service. When there is an issue rational people wonder how they will make it right. Staff tried to address it. Management backed them up. And the situation was made right. 」

「Very friendly and accommodating staff, tgey were all very nice and helpful any time I asked for anything. I recommend adding the breakfast to your reservation, there is a small buffet but you can also order anything extra such as omelet, pancakes, waffle, french toast...The location is convenient to everything and we always had easy available parking and felt safe. Although the pool is small, it was always clean, never too many people but kids would always find someone to play with & had fun,...
