The hotel was wonderful. I only gave 4 stars because the rooms are a little outdated - torn drape, the plug in under the night stand did not work so no working clock. The room, itself was clean. The breakfast buffet food was cold but the service was fantastic. The lobby area super clean.

The property is gorgeous, the apartment is cosy, and location is excellent. Check-in procedures are complicated and confusing but the people in the building are so friendly and helpful it makes up for a lot of the trouble.

Did not feel safe getting to the room which required using mostly deserted parking lot levels to access the room. Door does not have a latch or deadbolt that can be locked from inside the room like typical hotel rooms do.
