「Clean room & comfortable bed & pillows. Once upon a time it was a hi-end hotel, but they are revamping it & some of those rooms are updated beautifully. A visitor that we met there Chanylu shared her great experience about the hotel prior to hurricane Maria & even married there a few years ago. Staff was accommodating. Especially Cynthia & Juan. BF was okay. It would be best to call directly to request exactly what you’re looking for ex. Floor, bed/s. groups etc」

「Nice place, very Loud busy street when trying to sleep on the middle of the Night!!!!! We were woken up to construction on the house without being notified hours of banging drilling No rest and I had a new born and toddler No fun!!!! I would have booked else where. Other than that nice neighborhoods walkable cute restaurants walkable path on the ocean love the town... I would return when they sound proof it lol...」

「The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.」

「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」

「Know what you’re getting into. You have to fill out forms online in advance and arrive before 6pm. They give you a bunch of separate keypad codes to enter every gate and door. There is no front desk.」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

「The room was clean and in a very beautiful location. You get beach access which was nice. Pool open late as well. Staff was friendly. Would book again if I plan another trip to Puerto Rico. Had a great time. 」
