「The absolute warmest people - that's what stood out to me the most. It's such a treat to get to sit at the breakfast table with Laurie, to hear her stories of a life well lived and to share my own. The breakfast was outstanding, made with love by Miriam who is so gentle and kind. The B&B is clean, cozy and well located. I took a long stroll around the neighborhood which was lush and quiet. An overall excellent experience. 」

「The property is well kept up. The rooms are basic, showing their age but clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than expected - coffee or juice, small fruit plate, then a larger plate with plantains, peas and rice, scrambled eggs, and what tasted like a hot dog. Everything was fine for the price and proximity to the airport 」

「After we checked in with Simon, who was very kind and thorough, we were greeted by Marvin who assisted us with our bags to our room. Marvin was super friendly, kind and helpful. We had been traveling for hours from Jaco and were very interested in getting a meal. We went to the hotel restaurant and thankfully the host told us that if we wanted to order food, due to only one chef being present we would have to wait for 45 minutes. 「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere」
