"Our favorite part was the pool area. With the live trees and fencing it felt like you were at an outdoor park. Very lovely.
The beds were reasonably comfortable, pillows were lumpy, but still very comfortable. I prefer them to the flat feather pillows at other hotels. Overall very happy. "

The TV was small and limited choices. Unable to login into any streaming service or cast from your phone. Secured, covered parking was appreciated."

"During my stay great falls got hit with a violent thunderstorm. Hail, wind a massive down pore. The staff was wonderful even though they had to deal with some minor flooding "
"Loved the spacious room with modern bathroom. The continental breakfast though basic was great. The entrance bulb in our room (310) wasn’t working and we had called front desk. It wasn’t really a big deal when it wasn’t replaced the next day (most probably because our “Do not disturb” sign was out). Will stay at the property again when we visit Great Falls!"

"This was a different situation. I had reservations for a different hotel, made on Expedia. I got an email the day of our reservation that the hotel couldn’t accommodate our rooms because of a mechanical problem. They called and found a room at Holiday Inn Express. I had not stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, by the staff and their willingness to help us out. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb! Check out was painless! Our overall stay was very close to a 5 star rating! "
