「The staff had zero clue about anything. They struggled checking us in. We had asked about staying the next night as well. seemed like we were booked for that when we left the desk. The next morning the house keeper was banging on our door at a little Ayer 8 am. We told her we were supposed to be booked for another night. Then the front desk called shortly after and asked if we would come down to the desk. Apparently we were not fast enough for them as the front desk came to our room. God forbid...

「All in one place from sports bar atmosphere to casino. Also the rooms are always clean well maintained. Staff goes all out for there guests. Morning breakfast is great and the restaurant has great menu items that are great. Our favorite place to stay.」

「The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable.」

Water slide was broken and not working for duration of stay, with no mention online it was broken. We were booked in for 3 nights, 4 days. Locked out of room in day 3, as they had us booked out, yet online booking was showing us as booked in. Communication terrible.
