「We always stay here whenever we're near Great Falls because we love the location and the facilities are always nice. It has a great location with ample parking. We love getting a balcony or patio suite. Love the river walk and river.」

「There was black mold/mildew in the shower. The water in the shower was not as hot as we like. Our room did not look like the picture. It was inexpensive. 」

「This hotel is in a great location room was spacious hotel was quiet staff were all really great. Did not try the breakfast or pool or hot tub but they all looked great !!!! Highly recommend this hotel」

「Breakfast was prompt and was fairly decent. Shower backed up, grout falling off otherwise rooms were decent. Area surrounding property didn’t seem to be the best area, but we didn’t experience any problems. 」

「The room was clean and nice. However the staff gave my room keys to a couple and I was resting in my room when all the sudden people are trying to get into my room. When I got up and opened the door they were just as shocked as me. They showed me the keys they were given and sure enough it had my room number on it. They apologized and went back to the desk. Then when I went down to talk to the front desk they told me they never gave room keys to my room and went on and on about how it didn’t...

「The property and the people were good. Except this has been the third time we’ve been to the Heritage Inn ‘and they say the hot tub is running.. Again we get there and it is not working. They keep saying it just broke down but that’s been over three years that we know of that it just broke down either. Take it off the website and don’t advertise it because that was the reason we went there. We stayed three days because we thought it was working again ,and before we booked i called the hotel...

「Dirty room floor. No coffee for breakfast on most days at 8 am. Breakfast bars for breakfast. Staff is invisible unless you shout for them. Stayed for more than a week and no linen change or any kind of room cleaning. Like a cargo trailer with a semi comfortable bed.」

「When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot.」

「The bathroom was in terrible condition. I arrived late and left early. Bed was decent though. If you book and pay on line, be sure to say. I was almost double charged for my room. There is no room deposit. Parking is a bit tight. Says there is breakfast included - no. 」
